Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration is mandatory for all participants.
  2. The registration fees include entry to all conference sessions and exhibitions areas for the days registered, conference meals and delegate kit.
  3. On-the-spot registrations are not guaranteed for the conference kit.
  4. Virtual delegates will get access to the virtual conference sessions. A link will be provided to the participants prior to the conference day.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Registrations cancelled 2 weeks before the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund of fees.
  2. After this date, no requests for refund will be accepted.
  3. Refund will be processed after two weeks of the conference date.
